C’est officiel : le 16ème Championnat du monde d’échecs individuel IPCA (International Physically Disabled Association) se déroulera cet été en Serbie dans la ville de Novi Sad du 21 au 31 juillet 2016. Organisé par l’IPCA et par le club d’échecs NDSK « Sahmatni Kruzok » de Novi Sad, ce championnat réservé aux joueurs atteints d’un handicap physique se dispute sous la forme de deux opens A et B (selon le type de handicap).
