I invite you on behalf of the IPCA to participation in the 1st IPCA Open Chess Championship for Disabled, Rapid and Blitz 2019 in Torrevieja, Spain, 21 – 25.11.2019.
I send you in attachments the Regulations of this tournament and the Registration form for application to the tournament. To apply to the tournament please complete the Registration form and send it on my email address until 10th November 2019.
I’d like to inform you that IPCA decided to organize this open tournament particularly for all disabled chess players who wanted to take part in the World Chess Championship for Disabled 2019 in Cardiff which is cancelled.
We plane to organize such open tournament in rapid and blitz for all disabled also in next years.
We hope that you will be able to participate in our tournament despite there is not much time before beginning of the tournament.
