We have to inform you that the World Cadet and Youth and Open Chess Championships for the Disabled people scheduled to take place in Cardiff, Wales from 25 November to 4 December 2019 are cancelled.
FIDE is Looking for an alternative decision and you will be informed in due course on the decision taken.
